Micaela Pinto Ramos

Lawyer since 1998, partner at Leal, Faro, Ramos & Tentúgal – Sociedade de

Advogados, SP, RL since December 2006.

Since September 1998, Micaela has been a professor at the Catholic University of Portugal – Centro

Regional do Porto, in Economics and Management courses, 

where she has been teaching discipline of Business Law.

Since October 2003, Micaela has also been a lawyer at Banco BPI, SA, Sociedade Aberta,

where she integrates, as coordinator, the area of legal support for companies and institutions  

aimed specifically at advising on the structuring of credit and other operations.
