With regard to labor relations, LFRT makes use of the experience that comes from its daily connection with companies, advising its clients on the conclusion and modification of contracts, be they pure employment contracts, without term, or other types of employment contract, such as fixed-term contracts or temporary employment contracts.
The LFRT provides advice in the various fields of Labor Law and in the various vicissitudes that affect labor legal situations.
LFRT accompanies its clients in the initiation of disciplinary proceedings, collective dismissal procedures and termination of employment and represents them in various labor disputes of a judicial nature, such as, for example, actions challenging dismissal and resulting from work accidents.
