In its day-to-day activities, LFRT deals closely with the extrajudicial and judicial collection of commercial credits, intervening, on behalf of its clients, in injunction procedures, declarative and executive actions, as well as precautionary procedures.

The LFRT also ensures the representation and claim of credits in insolvency and company recovery processes and special revitalization processes.

Still on the legal side, LFRT naturally ensures the representation of its clients in actions of a specifically corporate nature, such as the dispute and suspension of corporate resolutions, dismissal and exclusion actions, judicial inquiry, among others.
